MICROCHIPPING
Microchipping your pet gives them the best chance of being identified and returned to you if they become lost or stolen. Microchipping is a one-off procedure that sees a small electronic chip, about the size of a grain of rice, implanted under a dog’s skin.
As of October 2018 it is now compulsory for all dogs over age of 8 weeks.
The owner of any dog which is found not to be microchipped is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of up to £500
VACCINATIONS
We offer vaccination services according to WSAVA GUIDELINES.
According to the guidelines your dog will receive full vaccination every 3 years – that include vaccination against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirosis and parainfluenza, and annual vaccination against Leptospirosis. Available is also vaccination against kennel cough, rabies and borelliosis
Your cat will be vaccinated with full vaccination every 3 years – that include vaccination against feline rhinotracheitis, calivirus, panleukopenia and feline leukemia. If consider higher risk there vaccination for feline leukemia would be done annually if lower risk every 2-3 years.
Serology testing prior further vaccination is encouraged for viral diseases.

RADIOGRAPHY
Our mobile clinic has the latest state-of-the-art digital computerized radiography system, which was specifically designed to be on board the vehicle which allows us to x-ray and process x rays of your animal at your own premises. We are also proud to recently purchased digital dental x ray to improve diagnosis and dental care of our patients.
LABORATORY SERVICES
We are proud owners of Abaxis and Idexx laboratory equipment - blood and urine analyser to guide us with prompt diagnosis within 24hours. For further, wide range of laboratory services, we use various laboratories in UK, with some we can have results as soon as 48 hours. This includes blood, urine, faeces and tissue samples to get the best diagnosis swiftly and precisely.
The microscope is an underestimated tool in most practices yet it reveals the most interesting and definitive answers we can get. It all can be done in house and although it may be time consuming it can certainly point our diagnostics in the right direction straight away.
We have an undirect blood pressure machine to help diagnose some diseases straight on the visit.
SURGERY
The Point of Care van is fully equipped with state-of-the-art sevoflurane anaesthetic machine, theatre lighting and operating table, monitoring machine which run ECG and blood pressure, oxygenation and temperature during surgery, emergency infusion pump and heater and much more, which allows surgery to be performed in a safe environment on your own doorstep.
NEUTERING
Neutering prevents unwanted reproduction and can help improve some negative behavioral effects of male hormones, such as roaming and certain types of aggression.
Neutering may also be performed to treat testicular cancer, some anal tumours and some prostate problems.
DENTAL CARE
As a pet owner you are responsible for every aspect of your pet’s daily care and care of the teeth becomes more important as we expect our pets to live longer and longer. If there is a dental disease it needs to be dealt with as soon as possible as it can be very painful for your companion.
The only way to properly carry out dental procedures on pets is with them anaesthetized. Fortunately, the drugs available today make the anaesthetic risk lower than the risk of dental neglect.
As mentioned we have recently acquired digital dental x ray machine to better detect, diagnose, treat, and monitor oral conditions and diseases in you beloved companions
